How do I Verify my ID?

The ID verification process when you sign up is automatic and run through a third party, Green ID.

If you get stuck or something goes wrong, we can verify your ID manually through the Live Chat. We just need a copy (image) of at least 2 forms of ID, including your Driver’s License, Passport, Medicare Card, for example.

How do I Verify my Card?

This process should happen automatically when you deposit via debit card. If you get stuck or something goes wrong, contact Live Chat 9am-9pm to resolve.

Forgotten Username or Password

In the Log In screen, select the option ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email address when prompted. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

Can I open an account on behalf of someone else?

No. You must only ever operate an account that is in your name and registered to you.

How do I close (deactivate) my account?
  1. Accessing the 'Account' menu on our website or app, then click on the 'Responsible Gambling' menu which will show Account Closure. Click on 'Close Account' button; or

Do you match deposits and have other promotions?

Withdrawals

How long does it take to Withdraw from my Chasebet account?

We process withdrawals at 10.00am and 4.30pm, seven days a week. For withdrawals over $1,000 Fast Payment OSKO may be undertaken for eligible clients and transactions (not including public holidays). Withdrawals under $1,000 will be processed via bank batch files which are subject to bank distribution time frames. This is traditionally less frequent over weekends and public holidays. Withdrawals can take anywhere from a few hours to two business days to arrive, depending on your bank.

Large withdrawals and/or first withdrawals may require additional verification in line with AML/CTF Regulations. These controls are in place as part of Commonwealth Regulation.

How do I withdraw funds?

What withdrawal methods are available?

Our withdrawals are processed by bank transfer.

Will I be charged a fee for withdrawals?

No, there are no fees for withdrawals.

Bets

Why aren’t my bets being accepted?

Best to jump into Live Chat between 9am-9pm and speak to the team who can help guide you.

There can be a few reasons:
  1. Some promotions like Punt Propels with increased odds have stake limits. In these cases happy for you to place a bet at the displayed odds.
  2. You can only use one promotion per event. If you have tried to place a with Bonus and then a Punt Propel - then the second bet will be rejected.
  3. Bonus use has limits. 1 per eligible event onyl. If you are using bonus on a selection of $10 greater then the maximum liability will be $1,500. Selections of less than $10 will be permitted in most cases to $2,000.
  4. As a bookmaker there are times we must consider the total liability on a selection and on the event. This might mean at times we limit large stakes to manage overall liability. We aren’t here to pick the winners, that's for you the punter!
The event has finished and my bet isn’t resulted or wrong, what do I do ?

Sometimes results don’t come through as they are meant to. While we have review processes in place, if you are concerned please jump on Live Chat and speak with the team. They are here to help you resolve things.

I stuffed up my bet, what can I do?

It is important when you make your selections to carefully check them prior to selecting Confirm. This two step process is there to ensure you have time to check the bets. If you have made a mistake please reach out to Live Chat 9am-9pm immediately. This needs to be immediately after bet is placed in order for us to action. Bets will not be amended during or after an event.
